We have a one-year-old little girl and were originally going to move to Northern Virginia (close to Washington, DC) since our family is located there but with this high-interest rate market, we decided to switch markets to a more affordable one for the moment until rates come down a bit more and hopefully buy in Virginia in the future.This is our plan:1.

I am originally a Jersey Girl, born & raised, only moved out of state twice; to Fort Meade Maryland & now here!

I made one exception for my grandson's girl friend with two big dogs, German Shepard and a yellow Lab.

I was feeling guilty for not being able to give my girls new clothes for school etc. and before you know it I was using it for gas and food and now here I am.

My title girl is fantastic and will answer any and all questions pertaining to contracts, assignments and title.

Thankfully, my tenants are a couple with two lovely little girls. 

My girl and I could probably recommend you to some decent local hiking spots as well - I'm not sure how familiar you are with CT.Be well!
