Around 2 years ago the city council passed some anti STR regulations that would have limited STRs almost exclusively to owner occupied.

Maple heights is trying to turn a leaf and the local city council is on the upside of funding local parks and trying to clean the area up.

The resale in commercial is much more desirable for exit cap and a lot of metro councils are requiring that now for STR licensing

Hi All.I live in British Columbia, Canada and the real estate here is crazy to consider any investment.

For example, I operated much like legal council where we had a minimum 15min billing for everything, and worked in those increments clearly stating all would be rounded up for such.

In Wheat Ridge, there's no limit on STR nights, but you can only own one and there's a cap on STRs per council district.

Signatures were gathered to place on the ballot and the city council rescinded the STR ban.
