Not many have Sec 8 vouchers that are single, the elderly and disabled can but not as to a family, so that's very limited.

I have section 8 units in areas with huge waiting lists for houses and you don't have to provide much to get the max voucher.

I did agree, as part of accepting a Section 8 Voucher, that I would allow the Housing Authority inspector into these units with proper notice.
