On the bright side of things, this duplex I own has seen 18% appreciation year after year for the past 3 years, and I'm only hoping it will keep on going up as the city is develloping at a crazy rate, they just built a new subway and i am between 2 stations, theyres a university that's building right next, etc

YES.4)You used "scribner's error" as a reason for the purchaser to buy your condo instead of the one next door with a contract already on it. 5)You scream "Get the ____ out of my house" to tenants even though you don't have a leg to stand on.6)You feel the hood of the tenant's car to see if it's warm because they won't come to the doorand there are no lights on..

I know this is an ad click revenue site & you need thousands of users,but it is tedious to wade through the posts to get to the good ones..The signal to noise ratio is terrible.I just get so tired of seeing TV,hearing radio,books on this stuff.If it's isn't get rich quick at poker,it's flipping houses.The rich dad guy appears to be the biggest scam of all.From what i've heard,he appears to live in a universe where there are no bad deals,bad tenants or housing bubbles.Ask your RE agent how many deals have been backed out of & time wasted trying to do business with 1 of these seminar gurus.
