Readers are leaders for sure.

We’ve been lIstening to podcasts/youtube videos religiously sInce the begInIng of the year and are ready to make moves.

We have great momentum, a solid set of leaders and we are attracting younger families who are investing their time and heart into our Bremerton community. 

I think thats where the real downside risk is in lower end properties, i.e. not the properties themselves but owners abdicating their roles as leaders/owners to third party operators who have free willy access to the cash til to do whatever they want and justify it with an expense statement at the end of the month that shows all the "work" they have done. 

I think many locals have had enough so maybe FB is going into lets build new apts and eventually become the leader in the local discounted rents dept. 

Few people realize that Dubai was a regional backwater 50 years ago, but their leaders managed to redevelop and redesign their economies, not just around oil, but around new technologies that they are bringing into the city.

Also if you would rather your tenants "fear" you...your probably not a good leader and have never lead anyone before.

Coverage is also in my company's name.CBIZ's affiliation and integration with HomeAway/VRBO will lead you to believe they are the industry leader and are providing a product that is unique and hard to beat. 

It’s all about becoming a thought leader or focal point in your space.

The truthful and only answer is, it depends on the leader(s).
