There's usually a few places running promotions with promotional rates, and credit unions seems to have the better terms.

Events like Black Diamond are good for connecting with wholesalers, and sometimes off-market deals are promoted at the events. 

Guess I forgot to add angry and defensive in my typical back the guru promoter profile.  

They promote education programs from their experts, at a price.

I want to see people turning their lawns into food and my way of promoting this is investing to help people homestead on rentals.

A facilitator of a transaction is always just the facilitator, there are long established fees and charges adopted for facilitating any transaction, that is what brokers do.In the military we say people are promoted to their level of incompetence.

Not trying to promote it, just offer a few resources. 

It is my opinion that social media actually makes promoters more accountable because our profiles are so public and always on display for the world if you are going to play in the space.  

I have to get better at raising money, although I don't promote it as much as I should and I haven't had a need to tap into my small list of "private money lenders" (that's what I call them instead of investors because I only want debt partners currently) for various projects.My bigger issue is making sure my overall capital reserves remain high for each property.

You may say I am promoting my countrymen (and I guess I am) but just letting you know that we are an English speaking country and while there are still some who find it difficult to comprehend, majority of us can easily understand spoken or written English or both.
