I assume you can't 'fix it' because of the new tread length making the whole structure too long for the space?

Hello BP Community, we're having to bring an unpermitted unit in an older building up to code for a dwelling space and need plans drawn up to submit to the city.

If you want to tag someone, just use the @ symbol, then type the first 3 letters (case sensitive, no space).  

You could argue that coworking space and airbnb arbitragers have taken on a short term version of this model.

I'd connect local investors and find a partner with experience in that space.

A lot of open house activity happens over the weekends and can be filled with people involved in the real estate investing space

The service has been excellent and I just had two items fixed that saved me a lot of money, one with a septic tank being clogged and some mold issues in a crawl space, saved a lot of money compared to other companies as well. 

My buddy sees easily renovated rental space. 6.  

Real Estate is the best for me, because I like to think I know what I am doing and can use my experience and knowledge along with being active in the space to enhance returns.
