I am a couple of counties south Hillsborough (Tampa) and in years past, my county attached the water bill to the individual and not the property, but they changed the law and it now attaches to the property.

The land is in a shape of a triangle I will attach image below and it is a total of 124,502sqft The issue there is power lines running on it towards the south part of the land (See images) With that said I am trying to figure out what I can do on this land I was thinking limited restaurants like rent it out to food trucks maybe 8-10 food trucks but the city is still going through the process of approving that.

Home Depot had an MSI "Rigid Core Multilayer LVT" product for $1.69/sf, with underlayment already attached, that says it's waterproof, scratch resistant, mold resistant, which are the qualities of SPC.

The property has an office that is currently attached to the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that can easily be "walled off" so I plan to separate it (drywall) as a stand alone office.
