So if you are involved in owner financed deals just make sure to have an exit plan in place and budget for refi, sell, and the higher debt service that will most likely occur.If the seller is financing the whole thing without an underlying mortgage or liens then you have less to worry about.Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but this is why I am very hesitant about sub2s or any other type of financing that will violate the due on sale clause.
