The 2008 crash was caused because banks were giving loans to anyone that could fog a mirror, giving interest-only loans to get people into houses they couldn't possibly afford, and doing other stupid things like rolling credit card debt into the loan so it was "affordable."

Blame the face in the mirror if this housing bubble or the inflation correction comes as a ‘surprise’.

You will sleep better and won't have to worry about looking yourself in the mirror in the morning.
