There is nearly endless demand for non-luxury rental units, so there is a bottom. 

And with the amount of newbie syndicators flooding the space thanks to an endless amount of weekend seminars and podcast encouraging everyone to become "financially free" by becoming an apartment syndicator using OPM (other peoples money) while getting rich on acquisition fees, its a win win situation for sponsors while passives struggle to invest in quality deals with experienced sponsors who actually know what they are doing.  

I'm enjoying the learning and endless discussions.

The new manager seemed like a slick-talker, saying, "I'll make your problems go away" and droning endlessly as if from a script.

I can sit here and list the endless development that have been approved all around the city such as the following: the fashion district, the 140M N high street development in Worthington, and so much more.
