The Greek are now stuck in generational debt slavery with no option for bankruptcy because European bankers in 2008 didn't want to take the hit they deserved for making bad loans and passed the buck to the citizens of the countries they were based in.I do not think national banks big enough to do thinks like this really make contributions to the societies they prey on that counterbalance the damage that they routinely do.

Obviously, I am going to authorize an after-hours call to a plumber if there is a leak that results in water accumulating  under the bathroom sink (preventing property damage is a no-brainer); however, if a toilet is clogged, the water heater stopped working, electric power is no longer coming into a section of the house, then I dont want to pay the premium to have the tradesperson come after-hours (I dont feel like paying a premium for the convenience to my renter) when the call can be made the following day or on Monday if the issue occurs on Sunday morning.

If the pest report states $5000 in damage then you can also ask the seller to lower the price or fix the pest problem prior to buying the house.

In about 2 years I’ll buy in a third market which will be Little Rock.On top of the taxes you also get hail damage a lot which makes your insurance higher.I can buy a newly renovated home in Little Rock for 70k.

The unit should be a 1/1 or a 2/2, so that you have less tenants in your property doing less damage to your unit.
