When you're putting 10k a month into your LOC payoff its really easy to go out for a $50 dinner instead of eating spaghetti again.

I know how easy it is to get fubared by undercapitalized contractors all the corners they try to cut.. relationships are the key @Jessie Huffey as Jessie says you find a great contractor you bring him a bottle of wine or a six pack or a gift certificate for dinner.. what ever it takes to keep him or her on your team they are invaluable.

When I was substantially younger, I often would go snowboarding in Tahoe and then have a BBQ for dinner in Santa Cruz for dinner in the same day.

Seems like an old thread but I'll be in town and wanted to see if any Sioux Falls investors wanted to meetup Nov. 3rd (2017) over lunch/dinner/breakfast(early morning Nov. 4th). 

Things have changed in the last 10 yrs or so with not so many regular people crossing the bridge into Mexico - used to be we'd all go across for dinner and shopping but not so much anymore.

You can still swing by your parents place for the occasional free dinner :) Kudos to you for starting so young.
