They kept you updated with the happenings and where proactive with trying to find the best possible solution.

And yes, his was the only unit we did not raise rent on because his is the only unit that hasn’t been updated AT ALL since the building’s construction in 1982.

I’ll definitely set up my buy box and MLS updates.

I think what helped is offering what others don't; space for families, ample beds (but not crowding), nice outdoor space.

Some people have an updated version of the Airbnb app and others don't.

Needed some major updates which I have been doing slowly but will be a great cash flowing property to help propel my investing journey forward.I also own a commercial property in the Wheat Ridge area that I run a business out of.
