Anyone have experience with Air B'n'B in the Lansing, Michigan area? 

I am about to purchase property and it would be for air b&b.

You could have a .22 range with the barrels of the rifles chained to the stand, like they used to have at Disneyland and Knotts.

Duggar Brothers heating and Air in Cleburne is great to work with.

My favorite one seemed cool - he/she sniffed the air like a dog and seemed pleasant.

And if you can't get a repairman out to fix the TV, refrigerator, hot tub, or air conditioner the same day, you are refunding lots of rents, PLUS the cost of paying a professional repair company to fix the issue(s).

Renting rooms or Air BnB might be tough.

I know tons of people are visiting the city just curious to see how far out of the heart of the city Air bnb guests are looking to stay.

I have a scoped .22 pellet rifle, a vacant lot next to my STR, and a bucket full of starling/pigeon bait.

@Harpreet Singh in the Pacific Northwest where it is damp for long periods of time radiant heat is far superior to forced air (we also don’t really need air conditioning , although that is changing with global warming) so having forced air isn’t as needed.
