If you want a deep dive, I would recommend Garrett Sutton's Loopholes of Real Estate.Don't feel as though you need to be an expert on the topic in order to form your LLC.

Thanks Michael,@Ryan Lam yes if you dont have 2 year employment thats fine one loop hole is that you can use university transcript/diploma and time you spent studying in higher education as "2 year employment," history as long as the field you studied and the job we're working in now are "similar in nature."

If I were syndicating 7-figure real estate deals in Manhattan or Boston, I don't think I'd worry too much about the screening loopholes for my tenant base, either.

In fact, with my IQ of at least 1, let me say I think that paying property taxes en masse is essentially the loophole in not paying other taxes, including income etc.
