For instance, if partner A dies, what happens, if partner B dies, what happens, if you both die, what happens, if one wants out, what happens, etc.Don't forget to cover your rear with proper insurance as well in either a JV or entity partnership.Zaid, I feel you on the attorney thing, a vacumn inside your pocket is the same feeling we all get, but a necessary one as the vacumn in your pocket can be even larger without the attorney in some instances.
