So those are the only ones I see, that have been in "dispute" status for 2+ years and they want to tell me their life story and whatnot.

We do a walk around and eval on the properties to pick it apart and learn what to do and what not to do.

I sold a house, I made $40k after all expenses and whatnot.

I am just starting to really look at houses and need to get set up with an agent so I can start receiving alerts and what not.

I don't envision this being a large ordeal just a handful of investors who want to throw ideas and whatnot around.
