There are some PM's who will begin marketing and even showing units prior to the vacancy if all the planets align. 

It is now being modernized and the way things are going is the rest of the planet can be modernized, too.

Tenants will put up with not having one, but they will love having one - even if they tell their friends they never use it to save water and the planet :-)

If so, you are the only PM company on the planet who doesn't.But, this is how most PM companies make their money.  10% of the rent is nothing. 

In the end, we took a potentially toxic situation, listened to her concerns, addressed them, took responsibility, and created a fan of our property management company.By reaching out to her on the matter we were able to correct an issue at the very start of the tenancy that could have festered and grown into a rift down the road if we had not addressed the problem immediately.

Then Covid 19 hit the entire planet.
