Stockton University will be opening it's Atlantic City campus this year which consists of a Residence building on the beach block, Academic building across the street and a shared garage with South Jersey Gas.

Its so many resources for buying and holding I'm looking for strategies to buy and flip consistently and hold onto my house at the same time.

I don't know about that, but the younger crowd (millennials) are consistent renters.

Unfortunately , lots of newbies get stuck at the startup/education phase and never progress beyond listening to podcasts and reading  a few forum posts ... break that trend and take action consistently... 

No home runs but I'm quite happy with consistently getting men on base with singles and doubles. 

The property management didn't comment to most of of my screening question,Did the tenant consistently pay rent on time?

Staining a refinished oak floor a consistent shade ain't that that easy.But you're not looking to reinvent the wheel on that floor, get a whole new look.

That what is I prefer; lower profits but less headaches and consistent paying tenants.

Don't take any shortcuts or make assumptions that could be your downfall - tenant screening requires that you can get all these little details to fall into place and all be consistent and in agreement.
