You simply can't get these deals with any regularity if you use blind offers using postcards. instead our processes is that we send what we call "Neutral letters" (actual letters, not postcards) which invite the seller to call us back, and then we talk with him/her and figure out their real motivation, which allows us to make much more custom tailored offers which are much more likely to be accepted.
