Neighbour decides not to clean up after his dog, you have the option of talking with your neighbor about resolving the matter, you could set up a camera or 2 to monitor who isn't cleaning up after their dog, and confront him/her or even go to the bylaw enforcement officer or police if you like or you could just humbly clean it up & say "Oh well.

I would consider adding security lighting and possibly video cameras to help prevent future issues AND to protect you from some attorneys that may want to make a few bucks off of you.

My house is usually occupied and I have cameras and insurance so I don't worry about people knowing where my house is.

I ordered a standard inspection and the inspection firm immediately recommended that I also order a sewer camera inspection, which essentially doubles the cost of the inspection (still less than $800).
