Don't let and dreams and aspirations be stolen by bad information or negativity.

Make sure they understand if things are stolen from the site they are responsible if they just let it out and did not lock things up

Same with garbage in the backyard or the stolen light bulb from the basement.

I was taking chances and picked up this, that had been mortgage frauds (I could see it on the pics on Realtor.com) and where I'd only needed to replace the stolen items.
