It's hard (if you're a reasonable and reasonably sensitive person) to deal with that but it's almost inevitable.

Your fire marshall may cause problems with this on sale and while there is a lack of enforcement on some things my experience is fire safety is a sensitive issue in RI. 

1) Take the deal off the market by getting it under contract.2) Delegate to a local attorney who will be sensitive to the situation and knows the judges3) Offer softball plan to transition.

Sounds like you have a sensitive seller on your hands.....she will get over it. 

It is sometimes too hard, too frightening, almost like asking for rejection, to share such sensitive information with someone [even a landlord] they do not even know. 

However they've made it emphatically clear that they doesn't trust "the cloud" with the security of sensitive information on application and contracts.

Laminate is sensitive to water and will degrade quickly if it gets damp.

Perhaps because I've been a lender, I'm more sensitive to the issue, but if I ever found out someone made a "strategic default," I'd never loan him a nickel.Like I said, it's called a "promise" and "promissory note" for a reason.

There are also some that use Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) disks, pretty much a sanding "sticky", but I've never used one before except for my detail sander (a whole other topic).You should also hook up the sander to a vacuum to collect the dust.
