I know the Shields Roofing guy has paid tens of thousands in fines this last year for not having these things set up to do a JOB and he is on the City Council.

This could include a more conventional job in finance, or helping out an investment team with their grunt work and auxiliary tasks.

Once the repair is made, I would file a claim with their insurance for the damage.If they give you any pushback (which they are guaranteed to do), tell them you are going to shout from the highest rooftop about your experience with their company:  Yelp, Google reviews, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

If you were a mortgage broker with a degree in finance, I would understand where your knowledge came from and why you play in your playground :)As far as which one is better, well that all depends on the market conditions people are diving into.
