I get it seems like a oxy moron but if I was in your position there is no way i would let those go but double down and get some ltr's to offset until it balances out or you get your asset value principal to a point where it can be refi'd to a better payment albeit surely at a higher interest rate.This is a classic chicken or the egg situation.
