They scratch up floors and walls moving stoves and refrigerators and washers and dryers in and out of homes.

They have made a few comments regarding there being no refrigerator or washer/drawer.

The service receipt says the coil was repaired at the time and left that way since it looked like it was holding refrigerant charge.

The entry level homes I have been providing refrigerator and washer/dryer but tenants are responsible for repairs...and last two tenants brought their own washer/dryer.

I need to buy appliances...refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer...my question is, should I buy new appliances with insurance or should I buy old appliances?

What about the washer/dryer and refrigerator?

I put laminate in one of my rentals and the only problem I see is when tenants move in or out the refrigerator they tear holes in it.
