While there are never any guarantees, I know there are things that can be done to predict when a tenant will be more responsible.My hunch is that a person's wealth has very little correlation with their willingness to pay their rent.

I would have preferred the rental increases to come slower or more predictably, though, had I planned on staying there anyway. $50 can be a lot for a tenant, but $25/month increase each year might be more palatable and easier on the tenants budget.

I'm not certain how many you regularly frequent, but if you save those forums that you regularly visit, then click the Favorite Categories dropdown, you can see when the last post was made on all of your favorite forums all at once instead of having to click around to find out.4 - I'm not certain what you're getting into here, but as we predicted, there has been more activity on the forums since the launch.
