Hello, new to Bigger Pockets but I had a previous rental near Fort Riley KS in Manhattan (The Little Apple) Kansas basically the renters just stopped paying rent for three months before deploying which is meh. 

Do you know anything about any types pf creative financing?

Since you are in El Segundo, you should check out the FIBI meetings next door in Manhattan Beach as an educational resource and place to meet local investors and real estate people in the know.

They will be providing a bus service and also the new ferry service will alleviate some issues with travel to Manhattan. 

Loopnet is fine for commercial but at least in my market 1/2 the brokers don't use it and everything (just like Manhattan) is who you know. 

Hello all,I am currently analyzing a 9-unit MF in Manhattan. 8 out of the 9 units are rent stabilized, which really affects my cashflow.
