I just want to add be careful however it is handled that children or pets cannot be poisoned - or make false claims as such.  20-years ago my tenant who served as a "handyman" placed mouse poison under a fixture of a tenant, who claimed their child ate the poison, though there was no evidence as such.  

Biggest concerns are huge deck and above ground pool all need ripped out and house reeks of pets.

Hello Everyone,I recently evicted a tenant that regularly let pet dog poop inside the apartment EVERYWHERE.

I go direct to a fumigation company (not a pest control company) and would expect between $1000-$1500 for a typical box style quad.The biggest problem is that any tenants have to (a) prep their food and pets and (b) go somewhere else for a 2 days.  

If the tenant or the tenant's children or pets were to get hurt on the yard equipment or pesticides the pending lawsuit can be staggering.If you have excess furniture or yard equipment sell it, donated or given away.

People don't pay attention, maybe those that have pets could translate for them!

THis is a pet peeve of mine since the darn box beeps if the battery backup goes low and it disturbs everyone! 

On the one hand, lawns add curb appeal and are great for kids and pets. 

Pets can do a lot of damage.
