I can find nothing on the property on google, which is strange considering almost all address pop up in Redfin or some other listing site.It's really strange, considering there are 2 normal properties between the two that are listed with exempt status.Another question I have is when the parcel status says deleted.

You would normally cut a percentage with them before hand in negotiations or if they are big they usually already have a set percentage they'll split with you.

Ned's point was that the SAME building that the market would value at $1.2M, would end up being a SAFER (and higher Cap Rate RETURN to boot) investment at $800k than if you paid the normal market value for it ($1.2M).
