I live in New York and finding distressed homeowners isn’t that hard though, they been in their homes for a long period of time, usually have low mortgage balances or non, are retiring and moving to Florida and usually the flips here are higher dollar amounts and when you sell it’s a market that prices don’t fluctuate up and down much giving it consistency.

Fluctuations in these industries minimally impact property prices and rental demand.Supply Dynamics: The city has seen significant real estate development, leading to potential oversupply in certain segments.

You have to realize the market is always fluctuating for STR or MTR (mid term rentals).

Hello, here is my opinion on the matter.Real estate requires significant capital investment, involves long sales cycles and is subject to market fluctuations.

I’ve fluctuate between BeyondPricing and PriceLabs and suspect I will probably sricke IRU PriceLabs over the long term.

Rates are constantly fluctuating but I have been seeing high 6's for higher FICO borrower's as of lately.

You will realize what they are doing vs. what everyone seems to be doing on BP are two very different plays.PS: My prediction for next year is interest rates will be in the range from 0-100%, home prices will fluctuate somewhere between 0-99% in each direction  

Most of all I build a good team and do some market research prior to diving in too much (employment, market fluctuations, crime areas, etc). 

CapEx will also fluctuate based on the condition of the property.
