Having owned, and been around horses before (for years), they can cause a LOT of damage very easily.

Over the years it has gotten more competitive but I have expanded to other Ohio markets and have gotten into strategies that produce more revenue, like Airbnb

It's cheap and quick and well worth it when you expand.

Places would no longer appraise.People cannot sell their homes easily either as there has been a flood of inventory, seller expectations are still yesterday’s prices and days on market are through the roof.I personally know a number of people that have went bankrupt, lost properties and a ton of people that have lost money in the six or seven figures.People that purchased new construction years ago are not able to close on their purchase as they are now worth much less and can’t afford the payments.

You know what would easily address all this?

Sure other products are less durable, but they are cheaper/quicker to install and you can update the flooring easily in the future.

I would try not to overthink this too much and would easily go with new appliances for all of the reasons mentioned above.

When electricity comes into a meter panel, the exterior panels can be expanded, separate meters can be installed, and of course separate service entrance panels with breakers.
