Although this may not seem extraordinary by any means, I've learned exactly what I enjoy and don't enjoy doing (I absolutely loved custom building the master bath vanity; I despise wallpaper and gold fixtures).

Things you should do before moving in, if you can: remove walls and/or wallpaper, drywall.If you remove walls, plan on replacing the flooring unless you can find any exact match or figure out some way to cover it up.

Parking Lot will need repaving (estimates at $150,000); windows and common space areas are dated w/ wallpaper falling off and poor insulation.

If the house looks the same as the photos, it wouldn't need much more than a coat of paint, wall paper removal, and a more updated look on the kitchen cabinets.  

This is the perfect place to gain and display knowledge to other like minded people.
