See the pattern, there is more to a thriving culture than productivity - though time erodes the thought of the need for anything else - which, without significant "Revival" will collapse any culture no matter the strength.Do you not see it?

Some people here are quick to blame the complaining tenant for clogged drains, but, in a multi-family with one sewer connection, it could be the fault of some other tenant (or a collapsed line or tree roots, etc).  

The economy can collapse and cash flow property still works.  

The roof could be ready to collapse any minute.

When he moved the TV the drywall collapsed - it was soaking wet from a poorly installed window AC.I removed the damaged drywall plus a little more to ensure I had removed everything that got wet and discovered that this 1937 plank-sheathed house does not have a vapor barrier at the exterior wall...Is this a serious concern?

I’m with you... everyone keeps wondering when we are going to hit the top of this market, but we keep climbing at a much healthier pace than before the housing collapse.  

The bricks within the house may be removed (sort of expensive) if they are at risk of collapse.)
