Any BP Stats PhD's out there that want to collaborate for fun and profit?

Be prepared that this process also requires major collaboration of your tenants.

I started a couple  threads trying to get discussions about the market or better yet how to compete in the future of REI.The thread I started about Tarrant County was for other tech guys to collaborate but would like any feedback.

We have a DB of thousands of possible buyers on top of the usual channels (costar, loopnet and the other channels). we also have good relationships with other brokers that we collaborate with on a regular basis that increase our reach. 

So lets collaborate to get the job done. 

If anybody wants to combine info/knowledge would love to collaborate.
