Things to consider when choosing a SDIRA custodian are customer service, knowledge, experience, and processing speeds, as they will be integral to ensuring that the investments you have chosen to self-direct are facilitated efficiently.

To those that have chosen to pay off your properties, what kind of insurance have you chosen to maintain?

I see the benefits of each option and obviously know that one option consists of far larger up-front costs than the other, but would love to hear some perspectives from people who have chosen to keep the up-front overhead costs lower as well as from those who elected to pay more up-front expenses to secure a better long-term ROI.

Perhaps there are a few local ones there in CT, but ... that'll be it, local co's that have chosen to try this.We work with a few HOA's, and even Investors that have many properties. 

Tuesday's & Wednesday's work well for me, but will attend whatever I can if other days are chosen. 

I would call it a non-issue as long as you plan a siding over-lay and the property does not have any structural issues form the added weight of the chosen material, ie don't go cement board, think vinyl or engineered wood product. 

Our town is quite charming and is an absolutely fantastic place to live, which is why I have chosen to remain here and continue to call New Bern my home.

If a renter does not invest their additional cash flow, invests without benefiting from their cash flow or a home owner does not take advantage of their growing equity there are no benefits regardless of your chosen path.

. * It is never our intention as landlords for this to happen / we provide as much assistance as we can (working with these programs, sending job openings locally, etc)..however, this tenant has chosen not to help themself. 

If the lowest point of the graph represent a perfectly designed website, then if the initial conditions taken on the right location of the graph (the correct audience is chosen) there then there is only one way that traffic will likely go.
