I love real estate but I also love math.

I love real estate in all forms, and finding someone (or 625,000 someones) who love it like I do was exciting.Before I started working here, I was a stay at home mom/investor, and I would make excuses for why I needed to just hop onto BP for a minute.

@David Famiglietti.If I can put two spouses and one lover on the loan, and those same two spouses and one lover, as well as the lover's spouse, on title all as joint tenants, and we pretend for a minute that I don't have a magical robe and wizard hat that I put on while putting this all together, then anyone can do it.Just call around until you find someone that's done it before, if at all possible. :)
