There are 2 methods of egress directly to outside  - front door (in living room) and back door (in hallway/mudroom). 

How do you find the point of diminishing returns for rehabbing when using the BRRRR Method?

I know of five methods that, have varying %'s of success:1 - Crystal Ball = 20%2 - Ouija Board = 21%3 - Palm Reader = 22% +/-4 - Card Reader = 22 - 23%5 - Fortune Teller = 25% (but I think they're just more experienced at guessing)...or, you can just do a really good analysis...and hope for the best.

I used the BRRR method.

I know there are other methods to obtaining a deal and wholesaling It on the back end like double closing or JV but all situations are different of course and not all wholesalers prefer to JV and split profits.

The easier method is to close on the A-B side, wait a week, then close the B-C side.

Another method is to sell the house to someone like me who buys on a VA Mirror Wrap, takes over the payments and the attorney does the paperwork to show that the payment is being covered.
