Has a court awarded her ownership?

So after giving my testimony, I was awarded $6005.00 plus court cost .... yep,   I knew better .....  

If they do not file an answer the judge hear can only grant the eviction but CANNOT grant a judgment in your favor as the defendant served never filed an answer or signed the document that they were served when the Marshall came out.The Marshall can mail and also tack on the door giving notice but if that person isn't there then you would have to bring another action in small claims court and win to get a judgment.Of the judgments that are awarded either in eviction court or in small claims only maybe 10 to 15% are collected on.

If you do not conform,  you might not be able to collect for damages and could have a judgment awarded against you.  1: Take a lot of pictures 2: Get a detailed list and cost of damages3: Make a copy of all correspondence4: Put a rent roll together5:  Read Georgia Landlord Tenant Handbook (on line)6: Contact an attorney NOW7:  Send the tenant the required letter before it's too late.  

If not, I would only go for that which I am most likely to be awarded.

Phase 1 environmental testing has been inconclusive, and a grant from the state has been awarded for phase 2 & 3 testing with the balance going to any clean-up.

If it is, and there's no dismissal or relief from stay the sale will be postponed until the case is dismissed or the lender is awarded relief.

In in age where people are frequently awarded millions in frivolous lawsuits, you would think someone would have grounds for something against this guy.

I then emailed the guy explaining my skepticism and he said he had my mindset but then he took the dive, became successful, won awards, and met long time friends.
