I rarely go on facebook, and I do force myself to go on linkedin, but PB is a great place to hang out with like minded people.Maybe that person that is too busy for BP, might find some more efficient ways to run his business and have more time to give back, and maybe enjoy life.

Ok, I just found him on Linkedin and he's only been in the U.S. for a little over a year.

There is an unexplainable amount of power in going on Biggerpockets, Facebook, Instagram, & ESPECIALLY LinkedIn and just looking for people that are in the field you want to get into, connecting with them, and sending them a private message telling them a little about what you do and that you would love to connect and hear their story.

Some are from here on BP, others are investors I've met over the years through this business and others, and some come from the NVREA network (I got linked in with them through some other investors years ago and my name has traveled in that circle through satisfied investors.)Now, once an investor has told me they're interested in the deal, the structure works like this: as a real estate agent, I keep any commission paid out by the seller on our purchase of the house.

I found a few on LinkedIn I think but none mentioned Phil's program.
