If you plan to treat it like a business, you should be able to fund it like a business.Don't be greedy on the first deal. 

But, they said that they would rather one of us kids profit off it then these "greedy flippers" (their words, not mine).They moved to AZ, so they wouldnt even be around when I rehabbed it (if I chose to), so thank God that wouldnt be an issue....but, again, Im still leaning toward selling it outright and washing everyone's hands of the mess.

However - if you can figure out what those minimum fees are (google it), you can judge exactly how much these other mortgage brokers are screwing you on (A) origination fees (B) rates - in the form of premium buy ups, and other costs.With this COVID situation, Fannie and Freddie are also upping their reserve requirements for P&I, taxes, insruace, and replacements at close - so just be aware of that.Most bankers are greedy.

Don't look for home runs or be greedy, just look for solid properties that have reasonable curb appeal and will be in demand for years to come.

Greed is GOOD, eh?! 

I forgot to mention the first thing I did was to jump in the binary options but I realized that being a trader is a job with super flexible schedule, not an investment.

Some listing agents are greedy and don't always operate in the best interest of the clients.  

I have also learned (after 100+ real estate transactions) that GREED is very bad, and the root of bad decisions and bad deals.Good luck to you always!

If you are too greedy, un-educated, lazy, liar, lazy again, greedy again and lazy one more time, then your business will fail, you will have a stained reputation and you will spend all your time for $0.With all that said, Good Luck!
