Properties that are all-electric are considered expensive, inefficient, and undesirable vs those that have natural gas for heat.

Pit bulls are undesirable for their severity more than their frequency of bite.

You might be able to mud over and refinish, paint it, or put large scale tile on it.

Demand should have been higher due to the "lack of inventory," and concerns such as Santa Rosa increasingly turning into a congested mess filled with to many 'undesirables' that recently moved northward, etc.

:)Three years ago my wife and I decided to team up with two other couples in building an LLC for REI focused on helping families get out of undesirable scenarios. 

For example, North Philly by Temple University is a wonderful place to get into; however, the boarding neighborhood can be a little undesirable and breaking into the Temple market is difficult due to higher cost.

But the expenses and lack of control make it undesirable.

Drug users also bring unnecessary drama to a property and usually have more undesirable behavior that goes along with their lifestyle.The one with the eviction would meet our minimum criteria to rent if they had only one eviction and would make full restitution to the previous landlord prior to renting from us.
