Also re: Camden - I'm not afraid of a war zone as I spent time living in Newark NJ and despite it, still graduated, obtain bachelor's and master's degrees - so I'm always a bit sensitive when people describe cities as a "war  zone" .  

The only difference is they will be more conservative and will run stress tests (scenario) and sensitivity analysis to determine breaking points. 

As such, the funds are therefore unsecured and "exposed" and therein lies the concern.For those of you with multiple member/partner/owner LLCs, partnerships and corporations, what safeguards do you have in place to protect and prevent another member/partner/owner from siphoning funds from the company accounts?
