I only use Zillow but want to ask is a more comprehensive listing that I can access (for example, which is the preferred source for foreclosure homes). 

They can usually access the rental history and occupancy rates for any building that you're looking in.

But good to know the "...more time than anything else" part - so we'll need to restrict part-time nursing work to 14 hours/week. 

Hi Greg, There are a few ways you can go about optimizing the loan to access more capital. 

Nebraska has no licensing restrictions on business-purpose real estate loans, like flips.

Ultimately it is the owner's (your) responsibility to discover all this kind of stuff and make all the calls to the city/county, checking on any restrictions in place.

Some investors have total properties owned restrictions, although sounds like you're doing something right!

This was one of only three hotel/motels in the city and the only one with lakefront access, including a dock.

However, public record said it has 3 beds 2 baths and it considered a small room that has no private access to the house but through one of the bedroom, a bed room ( little room does have window and its closet).
