The level of service that foreigners are used to is not the same as normally provided (at mainly local offices/agents). 

We are in Orlando but will be opening an office here in the first of the year in the Tampa area.

Especially when it comes to more complex or niche topics I would prefer to have a specialist I can meet with online vs a generalist I can meet in their office. 

You said its a 2/1 but it looks like a 1 bedroom with an office because you have a desk and a futon couch in the second bedroom.

I made them bring them to the office so I could  interview them and quickly kick out the obvious all hat no cattle ..
