Both have incredible growth horizons, similar zoning and regulation, weather is pretty similar, proximity to oceans/mountains is similar, and rental markets are both on fire.

No one can time the exact top (or bottom) prices of the Real Estate market.

But if you have a long horizon it's a great area to get in on the rebuild.

It would be a longer time horizon but could increase your profits substantially.

BUT… every deal works with a long enough time horizon.

With interest rates rising, and inventory issues, that will also propel others to act sooner than later, which could also have an impact on the short term horizon for the market.
