As for C vs C+ you're splitting hairs there.

If I have uncombed hair and am wearing sweat pants and tank top I probably look not very professional. 

They should be thankful for what they've got.And I've seen many a section 8 or welfare recipient with huge TVs, nail and hair salon appointments, nice car rims, etc.

The same scenario applies to a clogged tub by hair (Anything that is cause by the tenant, must be pay by them).

The damages are worse in certain rooms of the house but are too extensive to clean, they appear to be wine/soda, hair dye, and candle wax.

What if I (as the landlord) have a condition that prevents me from entering my rental due to pet hair or dander?

I used the matte in a hair salon that takes abuse a year ago and it still looks brand new!
