@Doug Pretorius, I'm genuinely curious.....If you put a house under contract for $500K that is "worth" $500K, you pick up the closing costs of let's says about $500-$1000, do absolutely nothing to it except assign the contract to someone else, and the Seller nets $500K....what contract price do you sell it for to your Buyer?.
