Just responded on PM, and the home was built in 1982, and the roof is made of asphalt shingle.

I’m uncertain if single family or multi family properties will hold more equity in the long run or if the equity built is mainly determined by the market you invest in.

In these short years have built a fantastic team in Quattro Capital, closed 10 apartment complexes during the global pandemic and continue to love collaborating with the whole Multifamily Mindset team. 

Pretty much everything is built in, and we don't need any other Intergrations at this time. 

We have built decently sized portfolio (28 units, mix of mostly small multifamily with one commercial property) over the last 5 years using the BRRRR method. 

The easiest, and only, way to guesstimate the property tax and things is to look at a property already built in the area that is similar to your idea and use those numbers. 

@Anna Laud was correct anything in real estate is built on the relationships you develop because someone usually has either the product or answers to what you are looking for.

He can even come look at it after it's built and if it's not done correctly, will have more "power" to get the contractor to redo the work.
